1.The above price is EXW price, including 17% VAT invoice and packing cost.
2.Since the contract is valid, the seller should supply basic drawing, installing drawing, and the flowing technical drawing.
3.The seller should send workers to install and adjust the machines, and our workers are also responsible for the training of the buyer's workers, however, do not worry about the passport of the workers. The buyer should be responsible for each of our technician’s accommodation, meals, round-trip tickets, self-security and 40 USD per day abroad.
4.Guarantee terms：All the machines excluding spare parts are guaranteed for one year. Spare parts can be replaced on favorably for the buyer.
5. All the products have passed the quality system certification of ISO9001.
6.The seller will assist the buyer to do the commodity inspection and other export affairs.  
7.Payment: T/T, 30% of total amount is earnest money, the rest amount to be paid before goods leave factory.
8.Delivery Terms: 60 days after receipt of earnest money.
9.Valid time of quotation: 30 days.
