I，The test run in the first : crusher trail operation , must strictly according to the following before program examination .

1,Spindle bearings , transmission shaft bearing grease injection .

2,Crushing cavity (including BiZi above) whether more exotic foreign bodies .

3,Crusher rotor disc car check , eliminate metal clash .

4,Each component bolt and the anchor bolts are tight .

5,Motor rotation direction is correct .

6,Whether all the door body already firmly closed .

II，No load test : before shall first no-load test according to the relevant rules for electrical professional main motor testing .Then on the main motor racing test , without exception , criterion for eight hours of no load test , and meet the following requrements .

1,The start-up time of main motor shall not exceed 35s .

2,No metal hitting and running voice .

3,The rotor smooth operation .

4, Spindle bearing temperature usually less than 78 ℃.

5,The main motor current smoothly .

6,After stopping during operation ,check each copy bolts and pin , and screw down loose bolts .

7,Stop time (from the main motor to rotor complete stop) less than 20 min .

III,Load test : no load test , just can have qualified load test after the class , load test running time generally not less than 6h , and should press the following requirements .

1,Before connecting bolts review all running strong the anchor bolt .

2,Crusher must empty load startup . Startup sequence should be first crusher below the tape transporters ,then start crusher .Crusher to normal speed ,and then start board feeding machine join ore , parking procedures and to the contrary . Rotar and the feeding machine stop gap each remaining ore row within all shall prevail .

3,Load test 1/2 lotus small pieces , half load mediummaterials ,full load normal three steps .

IV，Note :

1,The machine for the fully closed discharging BiaZi , so production should strive to avoid iron piece of hard to break into the machine , lest in foreign to grate bars parts damage .

2,Excessive ore should not enter into the crusher .

3, Note the voice of monitor machine, if discovery is unusual voice, immediately stop check, find out the reason and deal with failure, can continue to work .

4, , the main bearing and high-speed shaft housings equipped with the measuring range – 100 ~ 100 ℃ WZPM - 201BA2 type of thermal resistance, as bearing temperature transmitter, and equipped with alarm device. When the temperature more than 85 ℃, the temperature in the cap on alarm device, will adjust) issued a warning signal to 90 ℃, the temperature will stop working automatically. Bearing can withstand ℃ temperature of 100 avoid damage .

5,The main bearing (rotor bearing) and high speed shaft bearings (small pulleys bearing) adopts grease-lubricated, use of high quality lithium base fat, grease should change regularly.

Add : maintenance special instructions

1, Hammer: hammer in use process gradually to reduce wear, hammer heavy about 80%, otherwise production must be replaced, grain size, are difficult to ensure new hammer front edge grinding to the edges of the width of the 3/5, can hammer flanging use.

2, , hammer shaft: use after a long period of hammer axis.
